Ariana Grande recently used the “PledgeCrypto” platform in order to raise large amounts for her “Protect and Defend Trans Youth Fund”. The 28 year old vowed to raise up to $1.5M worth of cryptoassets to match her own donation. This is just one among several causes that the newly established PledgeCrypto platform (by the founders of the fundraising platform “Pledge”) has been used to donate crypto to charities.
